Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Pick any plan and use it free for 7 days. No card is needed. When the trial ends, everything you entered stays visible, and you choose a plan to keep adding to it. Subscribe early and you still keep your free days — the first charge comes when your trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from Settings → Plan in the app.
What counts as a worker?
Anyone on your crew list: hourly or set-price workers, 1099 contractors and W-2 employees. Subcontractors you pay by the job don't count toward the limit.
Where is GetPAID available?
Business and property manager accounts are available across the United States except California and New York for now. Workers and staff you invite — virtual assistants included — can sign in from anywhere in the world.
